Introduction
For your convenience, we offer three shipping options: Ground, Priority and Express. We also ship most items to military APO/FPO addresses and to over 98 countries worldwide, although some restrictions apply.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods on most products:
Standard shipping: 5 to 7 business days (Mon-Fri)
Premium shipping: 3 to 4 business days (Mon-Fri)
Express shipping: 2 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri)
Shipping and Handling Costs
Shipping costs vary by item type, item size, item weight and shipping method. We've made our shipping policy as fair as possible. For each order, there is a base charge plus a per-item charge. Per-item charges differ according to the type of item.
Where does the total shipping cost of my order appear?
The total shipping cost for your order is displayed on the "Shipping Options" page of the checkout process. On this page, you can choose a specific shipping method (Ground, Priority or Express). The total shipping cost of your order also appears on the "Order Verification" page during Checkout.
When gifts are shipped, the order price and shipping charge do not appear on the invoice enclosed with the order.
What type of confirmations should I expect once my order has shipped?
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped.
Returns Policy
We are committed to your total satisfaction. If any item you receive from us is damaged, simply return it to us. You can mail it back to us after recieving a RMA (Return Merchantdise Authorization Number) from customer service. After the shipment is received and processed by our Returns Center, you will be refunded for the cost of the product and sales tax, if applicable. Sorry shipping charges are not refundable except in unusual circumstances. Processing your return, once we receive it, usually takes two business days. Product must be in the same condition it was when you received it - Unopened. Please note that we will refund only the cost of the item - no shipping fees will be refunded. Restocking Fee: If you decide that you no longer want your item and either return it to us un-used, or cancel the order while we are in the process of shipping, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to the order (to cover the fees associated with charging and then refunding your credit card). Returns must be submited and mailed less than 10 days from the date the order was placed and shipped.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-Orders are special orders that we do on behalf of our customers from time to time to insure that you can get hard to find collectibles. All Pre-Orders can be cancelled for a $25.00 cancellation fee per order. Since delays can happen with Pre-Orders becuase of reasons beyond our control, other retail stores may have Pre-Ordered items in stock before you receive them.
